– Mat only classes weekly.
Discounts apply with various combinations. Once we have devised your treatment plan, we can tailor the pricing structure accordingly.
Payment Structure:
Payments for classes are spread across the calendar year. Payments are due at the beginning of each month and are payable via standing order.
Continuation Confirmation:
At the end of each academic year (July/August), we will ask if you intend to continue your membership for the following year.
Automatic Enrollment:
You will be auto-enrolled into your preferred classes each week, ensuring your class slot(s) are secured, subject to availability. Classes run on an academic year basis (38 weeks).
Class Booking and Management:
Your classes will be visible on the Gymcatch app, where you can manage bookings and cancel if necessary.
For mat classes, cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance to redeem a credit.
For studio classes, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to redeem a credit.
You will redeem a credit for any canceled class, which can be used at any time in any other class at your convenience throughout the academic year, subject to availability.
No-Show & Late Cancellations:
We request that you cancel out of a class if you are unable to attend, even if it is too late to redeem a credit. This informs the instructor and allows waitlisted clients to take your spot.
If you fail to cancel, we will notify you twice by email. Subsequently, a £5 fee will be charged for each additional missed or late-canceled class.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your membership with at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. Any unused classes or sessions may be forfeited. There may be an outstanding balance required for classes already received.
Freezing Memberships:
Memberships may be frozen for 1-6 months under exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness). Please provide written notice at least 7 days in advance.
Some members opt to keep paying their membership during illness, accumulating credit that can be used for private sessions upon return. This can be arranged on request.
Schedule Changes:
Classes may be canceled or rescheduled due to low attendance or instructor unavailability. We reserve the right to update the class schedule at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
Class Cancellations:
If a class is canceled as a one-off event, clients will receive a credit to use in an alternative class. If the class is canceled for more than one week, a refund will be provided for the canceled classes.
Membership includes access to exclusive benefits, including discounted rates on private sessions, secured class spot/s, access to special events or workshops, and discounts on some products.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership if you:
– Fail to follow the Terms and Conditions.
– Exhibit behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
– Have outstanding payments beyond the agreed time frame.
If we terminate your membership, you will be refunded for any unused sessions.
Clients must be at least 16 years of age to join any membership, with those aged 16-18 accepted only when deemed within the scope of practice.
All members are required to complete a Medical Questionnaire before attending their first class. You are responsible for informing the instructor of any changes in your health or medical condition that may affect your ability to safely participate.
Equipment Use:
Members are expected to wipe down any equipment used at the end of sessions to maintain a clean environment.
Studio Etiquette:
You agree to be comfortable with studio members arriving towards the end of your class. Confidential discussions will not be held at this time, and your session may be observed.
Phones:
All phones must be kept on silent during classes.
Photography and Video Consent:
We may take photos or videos during sessions for marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us prior to the session.
Mat Classes:
For mat classes, please bring your own mat. It is recommended to bring water and a towel if required.
Sticky Socks and Footwear:
Sticky socks are required for both mat and studio classes to provide grip and protect the equipment. Please wear comfortable clothing without zips or belts that may damage the equipment.
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Class and Membership Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and you will be bound by the updated terms upon notification.
