PILATES CLASSES

Senior ladies class on a Monday evening has a lovely group of ladies keeping fit and healthy. We focus on balance, core stability and pelvic floor to address any continence problems you may have. We improve upper back posture to prevent that stooping that can occur as you get a little older.

Mondays: 5:45pm Longwick Village Hall
