How much are classes?

There are two ways to pay for classes:

Flexi 10 class pass: £140 valid for 6 months.

Book online into any class subject to availability as when suits you.

Membership: £35 per month by direct debit (£11 per class)

Your space is reserved in the class of your preference. You still have complete flexibility to cancel classes through the online booking system, then make up the class at a convenient time for you.

  2. 1-2-1 input and physiotherapy advice alongside your Pilates as and when you need it. Honest advice about the need for individual treatment versus what classes can do for you.
  3. Members have access to the video catalogue with weekly updates of the latest class.
  4. Diverse equipment including arc barrels, gym balls and Oovs. Rachel has a van full of equipment!
  5. Highly experienced teacher with post graduate training in movement health.
How do I join?

All clients have a 1-2-1 assessment before attending classes.

For £50 you will receive a 1-2-1 and two free classes to trial.

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable clothing which enables your full range of movement. Shoes are not required but please wear socks. Sticky socks by preference!

What do I need to bring?

Due to COVID guidelines. Please bring your own mat and towel as a head cushion. Normally head cushion, equipment and mats are provided.

What are the COVID guidelines?

COVID guidelines:

In medium tier we are allowed to continue:

  • In both halls there are sperate entrances and exits.
  • Hand sanitiser can be found as you enter, please use this.
  • Please bring your own mat and towel as a head cushion.
  • Any equipment currently being used is wiped down before and after use.
  • Please use track and trace app and register on arrival.
  • The hall is split into two sides, choose your side and stick to this side moving forward.

If we move into high tier. We will be forced to close:

  • Videos will be posted throughout the lockdown period with member access to videos.
  • Flexi passes holders will be entitled to an extension.
How many classes are there across the year?

There are 38 classes across the academic year. There are no classes in school holidays. The membership payments are spread across the calendar year.

How long do I have to join up for?

We offer a flexible form of membership which you can cancel at any time. There is a 30 day notice period.

Can I trial the classes before becoming a member?

The answer is yes. You can try our introductory one time offer of a basic Pilates assessment followed by 2 classes for £50.

I cancelled my membership can I rejoin?

The answer is yes. Yes you will need to complete a new registration form and have a new assessment costing £50

Do you offer personal Pilates sessions?

Yes we do. Members receive 10% of private sessions.

Do you offer pregnancy and post natal Pilates?

The answer is yes.

By arrangement we offer private, tailored small group classes through pregnancy and rehabilitation in the post natal period.

Phoenix Freedom has specialised equipment to support abdominal training in a controlled way as part of the rehabilitation required after child birth.
