Horse riders need good posture and alignment to stay balanced on their horse. Horses have imbalances just like humans. It’s easy for a partnership to compensate for each others bad habits. Use Pilates to help understand good posture cues and strengthen muscles that will optimise your posture and balance.
Stretch out imbalances that riding can cause like localised spasm around the hip, reduced lower back mobility and weak gluteal muscles.
