Baby & Me Pilates classes are focused on maintaining good posture techniques when holding your baby, especially through long feeding times! We also focus on pelvic floor exercises and lower abdominal activation to re connect with that slightly stretched area of your body! Lifting techniques and education are also incorporated into these classes. They are progressive to help return you to any previous exercise you were doing.
The aim is to rebalance your body after the changes that have occurred through pregnancy.
It’s a nice time to come and be sociable with other mums in a fun, relaxed environment. Sometimes babies sleep, sometimes they smile and sometimes there are tears…we muddle through a bit like motherhood!
At Phoenix Freedom we recognise that flexibility is important to you. We offer a flexible package of 10 classes for £120 to be used over a 6 month period. The assessment is £20 prior to starting the classes. It may be recommended you see Delinda our Women’s Health Physiotherapist depending on your needs.
If you have been on the Ante Natal All Wrapped Up course I’m pleased to welcome you into our After Baby services. I will liaise closely with Delinda, our Women’s Health Physiotherapist about your recent post natal 1-2-1 assessment and incorporate her findings into your particular programme.
