Baby & Me Pilates classes are focused on maintaining good posture techniques when holding your baby, especially through long feeding times! We also focus on pelvic floor exercises and lower abdominal activation to re connect with that slightly stretched area of your body! Lifting techniques and education are also incorporated into these classes. They are progressive to help return you to any previous exercise you were doing.
The aim is to rebalance your body after the changes that have occurred through pregnancy.
It’s a nice time to come and be sociable with other mums in a fun, relaxed environment. Sometimes babies sleep, sometimes they smile and sometimes there are tears…we muddle through a bit like motherhood!
At Phoenix Freedom we recognise that flexibility is important to you. We offer a flexible Before & After Baby 10 class pass for £125, valid for one year.
You are required to complete a registration form before attending classes. Rachel assesses everyone before attending, you can purchase an assessment and two trial classes for £50.
