Counselling psychologist specialising in Perinatal Mental Health, working in both privately and in NHS adult mental health for over 10 years. Passionate about helping mums, partners and their families enjoy life’s journey. Bringing awareness and confidence helping you make the right choices for you and your family. Staying well is about mental and physical health and they are intertwined.



ABOUT ZOE


Juggling life and motherhood with a toddler and working part-time. Enjoy being active, particularly yoga, running, swimming, mountain biking and climbing, being outdoors, gardening and spending time with family and friends.



EXPERIENCE


Working in the NHS as a Specialist Perinatal Psychologist within a Perinatal Mental Health Service working with mums and their partners/families and babies to support them when they are struggling with severe mental health difficulties. Worked in NHS adult mental health for 6 years, with 5 years experience in adult learning disabilities prior to this.
